Innocept Development and Real Estate Outsourcing is a boutique real estate firm with offices in Calgary and Kelowna. Founded in 1991, Innocept has evolved from a full service commercial real estate Tenant Representation and Landlord Development & Project Leasing service provider, to Development Manager and Project Manager working for and on behalf of end user clients. This experience and growth has allowed us lead as the Developer for select projects on behalf of our clients. Throughout our 25 years of service, we have represented tenants such as Canadian Tire and Sport Chek, to end-users such as Le Germain and Westjet. We are excited to enter into this new phase of our business, developing targeted urban projects directly for residential homeowners.
To date, Innocept has developed over 810,000 square feet of real estate throughout Canada and the United States. Our development group is focused on developing communities that are sustainable, community oriented, and ultimately enhance the quality of life of our end-users. We focus on building projects that we ourselves would want to live in.

From developing residential buildings, hotels and retail space, Innocept holds a wide range of experience providing an unconventional and creative approach to our projects. Some of our past projects include Le Germain Hotel, Le Germain Private Residences and Le Germain Office and Retail Tower, 3505 14th Street SW (Calgary) Retail & Office Redevelopment, as well as The last 2 Calgary Winter Club expansions.
We chose to focus our development activities in Kelowna and Calgary because of our close long-term personal and professional relationships in both communities and our desire to develop unique urban multifamily residences to satisfy the current neighbourhood demand.
